​SailingCLE is dedicated to growing the sailing community by providing high quality sailing lessons for adults in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. I’m Ryan Kennedy, a USCG Licensed Captain, and your primary instructor on The Bird, a 1976 O’Day Mariner 19. With nearly 15 years of sailing experience on Lake Erie and elsewhere, I’m ready to share that with you in approachable yet comprehensive lessons, Open Sail sessions, and many other sailing opportunities.
